Sales Development Representative

Your role

As a Sales Development Representative at Forcit Benelux, you will be accountable for executing the go-to-market strategy and gathering intelligence on potential target groups and customers. Using sales strategies and be part of the sales and business development team. 

Together with the team you build and scale the unique selling propositions and the business operation in the Benelux area (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg) + North of France. 

  • Accountable for the business strategy and commercial growth
  • Growth of Forcit's overall business planning
  • Marketing, new business development, and sales and opportunity management
  • Customer success 
  • Obtains market share in the Benelux by working together with the sales team
  • Assesses product market data by reaching out to customers and evaluating (sales and prospecting) results.
  • Contribute to sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
  • Maintains product team results by counseling and disciplining your team; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results by using and setting OKR's (Objectives and key results). 
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job requirements

You are a great storyteller and have strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills

An entrepreneurial and innovative spirit who keeps up with the newest trends, analyses and opinions
Strong networking skills
Fluent English, French and Dutch communication skills in both reading and writing.
Experience with a wide range of social media channels is a plus
You can amaze us with basic knowledge of Adobe (photoshop, ..)

Understanding the customer and target groups

Experience in a B2B sales and marketing team (inbound, outbound, relationship management, ...) 

Experience in an innovative, technology, software driven environment

Competitive analysis skills

Experience in sales planning
International experience is a plus!
