Your Role: expert, mentor and accelerator

As an independent expert within our Tribe, you are the missing link that helps teams when they get stuck. You aren't a consultant who writes thick reports; you are a pragmatic guide who provides teams, ventures, and projects with the right tools and insights.

You work autonomously: You negotiate directly with teams regarding practical matters such as rates and scheduling. Forcit provides the platform and the methodology; you bring the substantive magic.

What Will You Do?

• Deliver impact: Share trends, insights, methods, and tips (via content or direct guidance).

• Guide teams: Help innovators navigate their process step-by-step using your specific toolset.

• Build relationships: Act as the trusted point of contact for teams requiring extra speed or depth.

• Take control: Choose the projects and teams that align with your expertise and schedule.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking experts who are not only theoretically strong but, above all, hands-on and entrepreneurially minded. We have room for specialists in:

• Product & Design: UX/UI, (Digital) Product Development, Digital Arts.

• Strategy & Innovation: Design Thinking, Innovation Management, Sustainability.

• Growth & Content: Marketing (online/offline), Growth Hacking, Copywriting.

• Business & Security: Facilitation, Security & Privacy.

Your Profile:

• You are an independent innovator or entrepreneur.

• You enjoy sharing your knowledge and skills with others.

• You have a down-to-earth, no-nonsense mentality and prefer direct communication.
